If you'd like to enroll your child, you'll need to print out and fill in BOTH, the Registration Form AND the Release of Liability Form, then bring them in to the office for registration and payment.
If you'd like to book a Party, first please contact the office for available dates and times, then print and fill out the Birthday Party Form and bring it to the office. You will also need one Release of Liability Form per child, filled in and signed by the child's parents/legal guardians. Registration Form
